私の絵は、創世記のノアの箱舟を題材に描きました。
私の絵の中には宇宙があり、地球があります。
天地万物を創造された神様は、宇宙を創り、地球も創られたことを描きました。
ノアの時代に悪が蔓延ったために、神様は、大雨を降らせました。大地に水が満ち溢れました。
ノアが箱舟から鳩を放つとオリーブの葉をくわえて帰ってきました。
私が描いた鳩は、この時のオリーブの葉をくわえた白い鳩のイメージです。
創世記 9:13 新共同訳
「すなわち、わたしは雲の中にわたしの虹を置く。これはわたしと大地の間に立てた契約のしるしとなる。 」
この聖句から虹を描きました。
虹の下に見えるのは、アララテ山です。
再生の意味を込めて、大地に咲くアネモネを描きました。

Announcement of the Kanagawa Art Association Open Call Exhibition

April 8th (Wed) – 13th (Mon), 2026, 10:00 – 17:00 At the Yokohama Civic Gallery My painting is based on Noah’s Ark from the Book of Genesis. My painting contains the universe and the Earth. I depicted God, who created heaven and earth and all things, creating the universe and the Earth. Because evil was rampant in Noah’s time, God sent down heavy rain. The earth was filled with water. Noah released a dove from the ark, and it returned with an olive leaf in its beak. The dove I painted is an image of the white dove with the olive leaf in its beak from that time. Genesis 9:13 (New Revised Standard Version) “I will set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be a sign of the covenant I have made between me and the earth.” I painted the rainbow based on this scripture. The mountain visible beneath the rainbow is Mount Ararat. I depicted anemones blooming in the earth, symbolizing rebirth.
